'Slope Dude' is a video that helps to convey the idea of positive, negative, zero and undefined gradients in a practical way. This model explains the gradient of a straight line in a way that is relevant to students as it uses the example of going skiing. I often refer to this model for Stage 4 all the way to Stage 6.
'The Itty-Bitty Dot' is a song reminding students that when adding and subtracting decimals they need to line up the decimal points. The song is aimed at younger students making it more suitable for Stages 3 and 4.
Similarly to the previous song, the 'Multiplying Decimals Song' is aimed for Stages 3 and 4. It is an instructional video explaining how to multiply decimals. The song involves examples and two different ways to add the decimal point back in.
